Overview
Changing Mode & Filters
Click the General tab
Select between Charter & Ops mode
Select Trip Stage from the drop-down
Select Flight Leg Type from the drop-down
Click Save to save as your default settings
Click Apply to apply the changes
Template Customisation
Click on the Settings button,
Ensure you are on the Aircraft tab
Click on the + to Add New Template,
Chose by Operator, or Dispatcher,
Use the Flight Filters to customise the Template
Click Save to save your Template
Click Apply to apply the changes

Date Selection
You can display up to 15 days on Flight Board. Click the date selector, and then choose your start and end dates to select.
The Go to Today button will take you to today’s date.
Aircraft Location Display
The A/C Location button allows you to know where the Aircraft is, and if there is a mismatch between Timeline Events, including both Flights and Maintenance Events).
Aircraft Location is calculated using the Actual time and location, if available, or the Planned ones, otherwise.
Flight Stacks
Flight Stacks are generated and placed on the Flight Board Timeline when two or more flights overlap. The stack will show the Flights contained and their stages.
You can click to expand the Flight Stack to review the Flights contained separately.
Auto & Manual Refresh
The Flight Board will auto-refresh every 5 minutes from the last refresh, whether manual or auto.
Auto Refresh will not occur during any of the below actions;
Editing a Dispatch to-Do
Editing any field in Leg information before saving
While on the Dispatch Checks pop-up
While on the Permits pop-up
Services Grouping
Flight Board allows you to customise how Services are grouped on the Flight Panel, as per the image.
Services Grouping can be configured as per your needs by FlightWare Support, contact @FlightWare Support on Chatter to Request.
Only with Activity
To display only aircraft with activity, click the All Aircraft button on top of the aircraft list. This will hide any aircraft without any planned flights in the selected time period that match your filters.
If the selected time period is changed, the aircraft list will change accordingly.
Aircraft Location
To display the aircraft location between flights, click on the A/C Location button at the top of the page.
To display aircraft location, the minimum trip stage must be Optioned. If it is activated with invalid filters, these will change to Optioned, Quotation Confirmed, Flight Confirmed, Underway and Complete.
