Create and manage Documents & Equipment
Navigate to an aircraft and scroll down to or click the Dox & Equip related list
To create a new record:
Click New
Select a record type - keep in mind that this will determine what details you can enter
Enter the details and click Save
To add attachments or edit existing documents:
If the Go to List link is present, click on it to see all documents for the selected aircraft
Click on the name of a record to see its details
To modify the details, click Edit
To add an attachment, scroll down to Notes & Attachments, then click Attach File
Configure and generate an ETS report
Find or create an ETS Operator - an Operator account with 'ETS' on its name
To link aircraft to this account:
Navigate to the Aircraft record
Double click on the ETS Fleet field
Type the name of the account, click the magnifying glass, and select it from the list
Click Save
Make sure that all the aircraft on which you need to report are linked to the same ETS account
Navigate to the account and click the ETS button
Select a time period and click Generate ETS Report
The report will be downloaded to your computer in excel format
Configure and generate an aircraft activity report
Navigate to an aircraft and click the A/C Activity button
Select the date range that should be included in the report (screenshot 1-1)
Select whether the dates are displayed in local times or UTC (screenshot 1-2)
Select the minimum status for flight legs to be displayed in the report (screenshot 1-3)
Select the trip types and leg types to be displayed in the report (screenshot 1-4)
Select the level of detail in the report (screenshot 1-5)
Click Generate A/C Activity to generate the report (screenshot 1-6)
If required, edit the recipients (screenshot 1-7) and click Send (screenshot 1-8)
