Create a Aircraft Discount Record

1. Navigate to an Aircraft record, scroll down to the A/C Charter Discounts related list, and click New or navigate to an Aircraft record, scroll down to the A/C Charter Discounts related list, and click New. (screenshot 1)

2. If you navigated to A/C Charter Discounts directly, populate the Aircraft Registration. (screenshot 2. 1)

3. Select the Charter Quote Basis, making sure that it matches that on the Aircraft or its Management Company (screenshot 2. 2)

4. Add the Minimum Threshold value in HH:MM format (screenshot 2. 3)

5. Add the percentage discount in number format - if you would like to apply a 5% discount, enter '5' (screenshot 2. 4)

6. Click Save

Activate A/C Discount on the Aircraft Record

1. Navigate to an aircraft that has a related A/C Discount

2. Scroll down to the Aircraft Details section (Information Section - screenshot 3)

3. Tick the fields accordingly:

   1. Aircraft Charter Discount: Existing A/C Discounts will only be applied if this box is ticked (screenshot 3. 1)

   2. Pos Included for Discount: If this box is ticked, the price of positioning flight legs will be taken into account when calculating the discount threshold, and the discount will be applied to these as well as ferry flight legs (screenshot 3. 2)
