Create a Credential

  1. Navigate to the Staff Center, find a crew or staff member and click on the Credentials tab

  2. Click on the New button for the type of documentation required:

    1. New Staff Documentation (screenshot 1-1) for passports, visas, etc.

    2. New Staff Qualification (screenshot 1-2) for certificates, licenses, etc.

    3. New Staff Training (screenshot 1-3) for credentials resulting from training

  3. Fill in the details. Attachments can be added by dragging them to the drop box at the bottom

    1. For staff documentation, make sure that documents marked as Preferred have at least one country assigned as Pref For Country.

    2. When a crew member is scheduled on a flight leg, the system will select the document that matches the earliest possible condition:

      1. A Passport that is assigned as preferred for the arrival country

      2. A Passport issued by the arrival country

      3. A Passport issued by a country that has a Visa union with the arrival country

      4. A Passport related to a Visa for the arrival country

      5. A Passport related to a Visa for a country that has a Visa union with the arrival country.

Manage Credentials

  1. Manage expiry dates:

    1. Use the checkboxes at the top (screenshot 1-4) to filter a crew member’s credentials according to their status

    2. Click on a Credential’s ID to renew it or update its status:

      1. To archive a credential, simply change its status to Archived

      2. To renew a credential, click Renew, then enter the new ID Number and issue / expiry dates. The credential will be set to Superseded, and a new credential will be created

  2. Modify a credential:

    1. Click on a credential’s ID (screenshot 1-5) to open its details

    2. Edit the credential as required and click Save

  3. Upload a scanned document to a credential:

    1. Click on a credential’s ID (screenshot 1-5) to open its details

    2. Scroll down to the drop box

    3. Drag the scanned document and drop it in the box

  4. Create a new Credential Type:

    1. Navigate to Credential Types and click New

    2. Enter the name, code, and type of your credential type, and add any required details

    3. Click Save
