Navigate to an Airport record and scroll down to the Airport DST section and click New
Populate the Start (UTC) and End (UTC) fields in the following format: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm . (e.g. 30/03/2014 01:00)
Click Save and the airport’s Current Time zone will be recalculated.
