Navigate to the Airport Categories object and click New (see screenshot 1)
Alternatively, navigate to an Airport record and go to click on the Airport Categories in the Related Tab link at the top of the page and click New - the Airport field will be populated automatically (see screenshot 2)
Fill in the required information
If you enter an Operator, the category will only apply when it matches the Operator of a flight leg’s aircraft
If you enter an Aircraft Type, the category will only apply when it matches the Aircraft Type of a flight leg’s aircraft
Aircraft Type and Operator can both be set for the same Category. This allows different Operators to add several Airport Categories for their Aircraft
Click on Save and your Airport Category will be saved against the selected Airport
