Create a new Maintenance Event

  1. Navigate to the Maintenance object (screenshot 1) and click New

  2. Select the aircraft and fill out the required Information (screenshot 2)

  3. Enter 'XX' in the MX field, the system will auto-create the Mx Description based on the data you add later

  4. The KAM and Lead Captain will be auto-populated once the record is saved

  5. Click Save

  1. Navigate to an Aircraft Record

  2. Navigate to Maintenance related list and click New Maintenance (screenshot 3)

  3. Fill out the required information

  4. Click Save

  1. Navigate to a Maintenance Event record from the Flight Board or an Aircraft record in the Related Tab.

  2. Click Edit

  3. If the event has started, change its status to In Progress and enter the Actual Start Date (UTC) and Actual Start Time (UTC)

  4. If the event is finished, change its status to Released and enter the Actual End Date (UTC) and Actual End Time (UTC)

  5. Keep in mind that the actual dates and times can and must only be filled in when the status of the event is In Progress or Released:
