  1. Navigate to an Account and find the Contacts related list (screenshot 1)

  2. Click New

  3. Some details will be populated automatically; fill in the rest of the details

  4. Make sure the following format is followed when created a new Contact:

    1. First and Last names must begin with a capital letter, followed by lower-case letters

    2. The drop down next to the first name should be populated with the contact’s title

    3. The phone number must be stored in the following format: +00123456789 (plus sign + country code + number, with no spaces in between)

  5. Click Save

  6. If there is a 'Duplicates for Contact' error message:

    1. If the contact you are trying to create is a duplicate, please use or update the existing contact instead of creating a new one

    2. If the contact you are trying to create is not a duplicate, tick the 'Disable Duplicate Check' checkbox (screenshot 2. 1) and click Save

Manage the Contacts Watch List

  1. Use the Watch List (Contacts) link under the Useful Links section of NuvolOps to navigate to the Watch List

  2. Review the contacts who are currently in the watch list

  3. To add a new or existing contact to the watch list, add one of the Watch List options (e.g. ‘Watch List (Payment)' to the ‘Role / Attributes' field and select 'EU Sanction' or 'US Sanction' on the Title field) (screenshot 1)

  4. To create a contact for the watch list, unrelated to an account, please choose the account called 'Watch List Placeholder' (screenshot 2)

  5. There are currently four Watch List options:

    1. Watch List (Payment), for contacts with a payments issue

    2. Watch List (Visa Sanc), for contacts placed under Visa travel sanctions

    3. Watch List (Econ Sanc), for contacts under an economic sanction

    4. Watch List (Fastjet Restr), for contacts with flight restrictions with Fastjet

  6. To add more options, please contact Luxaviation IT

  7. Whenever a watch list contact is added as a passenger to a flight leg, chosen staff (region-based) will receive a warning e-mail. If your region does not have this solution set up and you would like to implement it, please contact NuvolOps Support

  8. If any new entities or passengers are added to the EU or US sanctions list:

    1. Find the Passenger Alert Report and Entities Alert Report under Reports in NuvolOps

    2. Click on Export Details, then Export, to download the report to your computer

    3. Email the report to Jrena Frauenfelder, Gerrit Basson, John Brutnell, Marc-Anthony Padula, Christophe Gibert

      1. Subject: EU Sanctions and/or US Sanctions

      2. Body: The EU/ US has added new persons (and entities) to the sanctions list, please see the updated reports attached
