19, May 2022 IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION REGARDING SCHEDULE CHANGE ISSUES

We are aware of issues affecting the scheduled change functionality within NuvolOps. We are working on a fix to be deployed as soon as possible.

In the meantime, the workaround for this is to change the Charter Quote Basis on the Trip record from Block Time to Flight Time. You will then be able to make the change.

After the change has been made, the Charter Quote Basis can be reverted back. Please adjust pricing related to Charter Trips accordingly.
