1904, May June 2022 IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION REGARDING SCHEDULE CHANGE SERVICE REQUEST ISSUES

We are aware of issues affecting the scheduled change Service Request functionality within NuvolOps. We are working on a fix to be deployed as soon as possibleliaising with Salesforce and are awaiting confirmation indicating the issue has been resolved.

In the meantime, the workaround for this is to change the Charter Quote Basis on the Trip record from Block Time to Flight Time. You will then be able to make the change.After the change has been made, the Charter Quote Basis can be reverted back. Please adjust pricing related to Charter Trips accordingly.would be to copy and email the respective Service Request using your email provider. Then manually updating the Purchase Stage on the Service record.
