  1. Review all recipients and remove any unnecessary recipients by clicking the little cross next to their names (screenshot 5-1)

  2. Add any required extra recipients:

    1. To add existing contacts:

      1. Select the type of recipient from the drop down (To, CC, or BCC) (screenshot 5-2)

      2. Start typing their name in the Add Contacts box (screenshot 5-3)

      3. Select their name from the drop down and click Add (screenshot 5-4)

    2. To add external e-mail addresses

      1. Click the Add E-mail Address button (screenshot 5-5)

      2. Type the e-mail address in the box that appears (screenshot 5-6)

      3. Select the type of recipient from the drop down (To, CC, or BCC) (screenshot 5-7)

      4. Click Add Emails (screenshot 5-8)

(WIP) Sending Service Requests

Send Service Requests by following this Procedure:

Step 1: Navigate to the Service

  1. Select the Trip

  2. Navigate to Services

  3. Select the Service

  4. Click on the Service name to display the Service detail page

Step 2: Generate the Service Request

  1. Click on the Service Request button

  2. The Service Request email will be displayed. The email text can be changed as required

  3. The Supplier can be changed using the Change Supplier Button

  4. Select the Payment Method

Step 3: Send the Request

  1. Enter the name of an additional Contact recipient in FlightWare if required. OR enter the email address of the recipient

  2. Send the Request
