Planned Maint

Maintenance Type - For Aircraft having servicing, routine maintenance or under Parking/Storage Conditions planned in advance.

Defects, Un-Sched

Unplanned Maint

Maintenance Type - For Aircraft having any defect rectification or any inspection/correction to an undesired event/condition (Bird Strike, Flap Overspeed, Hail Strike, Ground event...) out of routine and planned maintenance.

AOG

AOG Maint

Maintenance Type - For Aircraft with the highest priority of unplanned maintenance and airworthiness recovery.

Cleaning

Cleaning

Maintenance/OPS Type - For Aircraft requiring internal or external Cleaning.

MEL

MEL

Maintenance/OPS Type - Type to inform of existing Deferred Defects and OPS Limitations in one aircraft (not for a maintenance event) arising from dispatch procedures iaw MEL, CDL, AFM, SRM, or other.

OPS Type - For Unavailable Aircraft due to no Crew availability.

  1. Once the record is created, the system will display the Event on the Flight Board

  2. These are the colours shown based on the Status:

    1.  Planned

    2.  In Progress

    3.  Ops

    4.  Released

    5. Cancelled Events will not be displayed on the Flight Board

  3. Hovering over the Event will display a tooltip with information about the event (screenshot 1)

  4. After entering the actual dates and times and changing the status to Released the Flight Board will represent the final information (screenshot 2)
