  1. Navigate to Accounts and click New (screenshot 1)

  2. Select a Record Type - there is a brief description of each record type on this screen and press Next

  3. Fill in the contact details, paying special attention to the mandatory fields marked with the red astrict (screenshot 2)

  4. Ensure that the following format is followed when entering a new Account:

    1. Account Name starts with a capital letter and is followed by lower-case letters 

      1. If an Account Name consists of more than two words, they should both begin with a capital letter and be followed by lower-case letters

    2. Abbr Name should be a shortened version of Account's full name and not contain any special characters

    3.  Phone and fax numbers should be stored in the following format: +00123456789 (plus sign, country code, number, with no spaces in between)

  5. Click Save
