Create a new Maintenance Event
Navigate to Maintenance object (screenshot 1) and click New“New”
Select the aircraft and fill out the required Information information (screenshot 2)
Enter 'XX' in the MX field, the system will auto-create the Mx Description based on the data you add later
The KAM and Lead Captain will be auto-populated once the record is saved
Click Save

Navigate to an Aircraft Record
Navigate to Maintenance related list and click New Maintenance (screenshot 3)
Fill out the required information
Click Save

Enter Actual Dates and Times

Once the record is created, the system will display the Event on the Flight Board
These are the colours shown based on the Status:
Planned
In Progress
Ops
Released
Cancelled Events will not be displayed on the Flight Board
Hovering over the Event will display a tooltip with information about the event (screenshot 1)
After entering the actual dates and times and changing the status to Released the Flight Board will represent the final information (screenshot 2)
