Set up Arranger Cancellation Terms

1. Navigate to an Account which is an Arranger (The field 'Is Arranger' has a value of 1)

2. Click on Cancellation Terms related list located on the right-side of the page (screenshot 1.1) or Navigate to Related tabe and scroll down to find the Cancellation

2. Click New to create a New Cancellation Term (Screenshot 1.3)

3. Select a Record type and click Continue (Screenshot 2)

4. Enter the number of hours before the flight at which the fee will take place; select 'Term at Signature' if the fee applies immediately after the quote has been signed (Screenshot 3.1)

5. Enter the percentage of the price of the flight that will need to be paid (Screenshot 3.2)

6. Click Save

7. These terms will be taken into account for trips arranged by this account
