If you are the approver of a flight leg, you will receive an e-mail (screenshot 4)
From that e-mail, navigate to the flight leg (screenshot 4.1)
Click the Schedule Change button
Approve or reject the changes (screenshot 5)
To approve:
Click the Approve button
Wait to close the Schedule Change screen or browser tab until you see a confirmation that the schedule change was successful
If the change was successful, review any crew warnings (screenshot 5.1)
If required, you can access the Crew Scheduler from this screen (screenshot 5.23)
To reject:
Click the Reject button (screenshot 5.32)
Make sure that any changes have been reverted
To review the flight leg:
Click Close
Review any required details on the flight leg record
To go back to the Schedule Change to approve or reject the changes, click the Schedule Change button again

Reschedule a flight leg
Navigate to the flight leg or trip and click the Schedule Change button
Start making the changes (all of the below can be done in the same schedule change request or in separate requests)
To change the airport:
Click the airport code under From (ETD) or To (ETA) (screenshot 1-1)
Start typing the new ICAO, IATA or airport name
Pick an airport from the drop down
To change the dates:
Click the date field under From (ETD) or To (ETA) (screenshot 1-2)
Select a date from the calendar
To change the times:
Click the time field under From (ETD) or To (ETA) (screenshot 1-3)
Type in the new departure or arrival time
Alternatively, enter a takeoff change in hours and minutes in the T/O change field. Use a '-' sign to change the takeoff to an earlier time (screenshot 1-4)
Select a reason for the change (screenshot 1-5)
Select a type (screenshot 1-6)
Click Request (screenshot 1-7)
Wait to close the Schedule Change screen or browser tab until you see a confirmation that the schedule change was successful (screenshot 2) or sent for approval (screenshot 3)
If the change was successful, review any crew warnings (screenshot 2-1)
If required, you can access the Crew Scheduler from this screen (screenshot 2-2)

Create a new flight leg
Navigate to a trip or flight leg and click the Schedule Change button
Click the '+' sign next to the departure of a flight leg to create a flight leg before, or the '+' sign next to the arrival of a flight leg to create a flight leg after (screenshot 6-1)
Enter any missing airport details (screenshot 6-2) and the flight time will be calculated automatically
Click Save (screenshot 6-3)
Wait to close the Schedule Change screen or browser tab until you see a success message (screenshot 7)
