Navigate to the Services of the Trip
Select the Service
Click on the Service name to display the Service detail page
Click on the Service Request button
The Service Request email will be displayed. The email text can be changed as required
The Supplier can be changed using the Change Supplier Button
Select the Payment Method
Enter the name of an additional Contact recipient in NuvolOps if required, or enter the email address of the recipient
Send the Request

On the Trip page, open Trip Arranged By Account in a new Tab
In the Account Information section, the Template Language field shows currently selected language
To change the language, click on the EN/FR button on the top of the page

Ensure a Primary Contact is added to the recipients list. If you wish to send the Quote to more Contacts, you can easily add them by typing in the name and selecting the proposed Contact or enter a single e-mail address by clicking ‘'Add E-mail Address’' button
