Find a crew member’s Stats
Navigate to the Staff module
Enter a crew member's name in the search box
Click on the Stats tab
The Location field shows the crew member’s Current Location (screenshot 1-1)
The AOC field shows their home AOC (screenshot 1-2)
The Display By drop down (screenshot 1-3) allows you to display statistics by A/C Type or Licence Endorsement
You can see four stats tables:
Cumulative duty (screenshot 1-4)
Recency (screenshot 1-5)
Days Off (screenshot 1-6)
Experience (screenshot 1-7)

Review a crew member’s Cumulative Duty
Look at the Cumulative Duty and Flight Time table (screenshot 2)
Each column displays a different stat, with the legal maximum between brackets:
Duty time in seven days (screenshot 2-1)
Duty time in 14 days (screenshot 2-2)
Duty time in 28 days (screenshot 2-3)
Block hours in 28 days (screenshot 2-4)
Block hours in 365 days (screenshot 2-5)
Each cell can be a different colour, and each colour has a different meaning:
Yellow indicates that the Crew has surpassed 60% of the maximum legal duty / block time for the time period
Orange indicates that the Crew has surpassed 80% of the maximum legal duty / block time for the time period
Red indicates that the Crew Member is currently violating the maximum legal duty / block time for the time period

Review a crew member’s Recency
Look at the Recency table (screenshot 3)
Each column displays a different type of recency, with the legal minimum between brackets:
Takeoffs during the day in the last 90 days (screenshot 3-1)
Landings during the day in the last 90 days (screenshot 3-2)
Takeoffs during the night in the last 90 days (screenshot 3-3)
Landings during the night in the last 90 days (screenshot 3-4)
If the recency is current, the cell will be grey (if it does not expire soon) or orange (if it expires soon). It will display the recency expiry date
If the recency is not current, the cell will be red. It will display the date of today minus 90 days

Review a crew member’s Days Off
Look at the Days Off table
Each column displays a different stat, with the legal minimum between brackets; these vary by AOC
Each cell can be a different colour, and each colour has a different meaning:
Grey means that the stat is within legal limits
Orange means that the stat is not within legal limits, but there is enough space in the time period to add days off and go back to legal limits
Red means that the stat is not within legal limits and there is not enough space in the time period to fix the violation
Review a crew member’s Experience
Look at the Experience table
Each cell is the combination of an aircraft type and role or time period
The experience is displayed in HH:MM format
