Navigate to the Crew Board

Several options are available to navigate to the Crew Board:

Crew Board navigation panel

The crew board will refresh automatically every 5 minutes, but you can use the manual refresh button to refresh it anytime (screenshot 4. 1)

1. The date selector allows you to display up to 15 days. To select your date range, click on the start date, and end date as required (screenshot 4. 2)

2. The crew filters allow you to determine which crew members are displayed in the crew panel:

   1. Role filter: display CP, CS, FO, FE, FA, or ISP (screenshot 4. 3). The filter is divided into Flight Crew and Cabin Crew for a faster selection. (screenshot 4. 10)

   2. Operator filter: display crew belonging to a particular operator - this filter is mandatory (screenshot 4. 4)

   3. A/C type and A/C reg filters: display crew assigned to a certain aircraft type or a particular aircraft (screenshot 4. 5)

   4. Assignment filter: only available after filtering by A/C reg, display crew who are assigned to, assigned as home crew to, or scheduled to fly on that aircraft (screenshot 4. 6)

3. The crew search allows you to search for a specific crew member by name or alias (screenshot 4. 7)

4. The trip search allows you to search for a trip by its number, and opens up a drop down that you can use to navigate its flight legs (screenshot 4. 8)

5. Crew events are displayed in the main area

6. Time zone selector: when selected, all events and times will be shown in the selected time zone (screenshot 4. 9). Events will also be created in the selected time zone and not in UTC.

We have added a couple links for quick access to the trip and leg records on NuvolOps (screenshot 5)

NOTE:
Extra link are located also for Hotel, Positioning and Staff Travel 
These will open the service record, not the event record

Quick access to the Crew Board from NuvolOps

All the major links to the Crew Scheduler have been replaces with the Crew Board.

1. Schedule Crew link in the Flight Panel on the Flight Board

2. Link on the Scheduled Change (SCHED CHG button on trip record)

3. Link on the Approve/Reject Force Save FDPs pop up
