1. Navigate to a contact and scroll down to the Credentials Related list, or click Credentials shortcut

2. Enter the details of the credential and drop any required attachments into the Attachments box

3. If the credential needs to be a child of another credential (e.g. a Visa, which should be related to a passport), enter the ID of the parent credential in the Parent Credential field, then click the magnifying glass and select the credential

4. Click Save
