To have a competitive price in Private Aviation industry, FlightWare allows you to apply customised Aircraft Discounts based on Charter Quote Basis and Minimum Threshold Flight / Block Time. A simple customisation applying Aircraft Discount can be achieved by following this task procedure.

Create a Aircraft Discount Record

On the top bar, click + to see all Objects.

Navigate to an Aircraft record, click on the Related tab, scroll down to the A/C Charter Discounts relates list, and click New, or navigate to the A/C Charter Discounts Object and click New. (screenshot 1)
If you navigated to A/C Charter Discounts

Click ¨New¨ button.

Populate the Aircraft Registration.

From the given pick-list, select Charter Quote Basis. Make sure to use the same Charter Quote Basis as per the Aircraft Management Company or Aircraft.

Add the Minimum Threshold value in hours. The added format must be HH:MM.

Add the number of percentage discount (i.e. 5). No addition signs are required.

Select the Charter Quote Basis, making sure that it matches that on the Aircraft or its Management Company (screenshot 2. 2)
Add the Minimum Threshold value in HH:MM format (screenshot 2. 3)
Add the percentage discount in number format - if you would like to apply a 5% discount, enter '5' (screenshot 2. 4)
Click Save

Scroll to the Information Section on the Details Tab (screenshot 3)
Tick the fields accordingly:
