Configure and generate an ETS report
Find or create an ETS Operator - an Operator account with 'ETS' on its name
To link aircraft to this account:
Navigate to the Aircraft record
Double click on the ETS Fleet field
Type the name of the account, click the magnifying glass, and select it from the list
Click Save
Make sure that all the aircraft on which you need to report are linked to the same ETS account
Navigate to the account and click the ETS button
Select a time period and click Generate ETS Report
The report will be downloaded to your computer in excel format

Review Aircraft Monthly Reports
Navigate to the Aircraft record
Select the Related tab to view the Monthly Reports related list

Review the entries for the required month (click on the Monthly Report Name to view the record)
To edit entries display the record (screenshot 1.2), edit the required fields and click 'Save'

Configure and Generate a Monthly Management Report
To add department information:
Navigate to an aircraft, click on the Related tab and scroll down to Monthly Reports
Click New Monthly Report
Select the Type - this is the department that you will be updating (Screenshot 2.1)
Select the month and year (Screenshot 2.2)
Enter the details under General Information (Screenshot 2.3)
This information will be reflected in the monthly report for the relevant month and year
To generate a monthly report:
Navigate to an aircraft and click the Monthly Report button (Screenshot 3)
Select the date range that should be included in the report (Screenshot 4.1)
Click the Generate Monthly Report button (Screenshot 4.2)
Review the full report to make sure the details are correct
Review the recipients and click Send (Screenshot 4.3)
