  1. Navigate to the Staff Center, find a crew member, and go to the Logbook tab

  2. Internal and external Flight Logs are displayed on the table (screenshot 1-1). Use the date filters at the top of the page (screenshot 1-2) to display Flight Logs within a specific time period

  3. Click the New Flight Log button (screenshot 1-3)

  4. On the top right of the popup, select the log type (screenshot 2-1)

  5. Enter the details and click Save (screenshot 2-2)

  6. When entering a bulk log, remember to spread it out over time - if the crew member has flown an aircraft for 200h over the course of three years, the Start Date should be three years ago, and the End Date should be the beginning of the crew member’s employment with the company

  7. Sim logs have a maximum limit of 23:59 hours per instance. For amount greater than 23:59 hours, multiple Sim logs will need to be entered

Enter experience information for Augmented Crew Tech Logs

  1. Enter a tech log on a flight leg operated under augmented crew

  2. The Pilot Flying field on the tech log will be set to AUG

  3. Navigate to the flight leg and find the Flight Leg Crew & Logs related list

  4. Make sure the record type of all crew logs is Crew Int Log; otherwise, go into the Crew Scheduler Board and re-evaluate the FDP

  5. On the flight leg crew & logs, modify the Takeoffs Day, Landings Day, Takeoffs Night and Landings Night fields accordingly

  6. The crew member’s recency will be updated
