Access and navigate the Flight Board

The date selector allows you to display up to 15 days. Choose your start and end dates to select.
The A/C Location button allows you to know where the Aircraft is, and if there is a mismatch between timeline events. Aircraft Location is calculated using the actual time and location whenever possible
Flight Stacks are generated and placed on the Flight Board Timeline when two or more flights overlap. The stack will show the flights contained and their stages. Click to expand the Flight Stack to review the flights separately
The Aircraft Filter allows you to select whether you want to see all aircraft, or only aircraft with activity in the selected time period

Modify the settings
Click the Settings button
Click the General tab
Select the mode of the flight board - different information will be displayed on Charter and Ops mode
Select Trip Stages - only trips on these stages will be displayed on the Flight Board
Select Flight Leg Types - only flight legs of these types will be displayed on the Flight Board
To apply the changes, click Apply
Customize a template
Click on the Settings button
Click the Aircraft tab
Click on the '+' sign at the top to add a new template
Chose whether you want to display the aircraft by Operator or Dispatcher
Use the flight filters to customise the template
Click Save to save your Template
Click Apply to apply the changes

Refresh the Flight Board
Use the Refresh button to refresh the Flight Board manually
The Flight Board will auto-refresh every 5 minutes from the last refresh
Auto Refresh will NOT occur during any of the below actions:
Editing a Dispatch to-Do
Editing any field in Leg information before saving
While on the Dispatch Checks pop-up
While on the Permits pop-up
Request services grouping
The Flight Board allows us to customise how Services are grouped on the Flight Panel, as per the screenshot below.
Contact @FlightWare @NuvolOps Support on Chatter to request a different grouping.
