1. Click the Settings button (screenshot 1. 1)

2. Click the General tab (screenshot 2. 1)

3. Select the mode of the Flight Board - different information will be displayed on Charter and Ops mode (screenshot 2. 2 / 2. 3)

4. Select Trip Stages - all Trip Stages are available, but the user can choose which type of trip stages can be displayed on Flight Board (screenshot 2. 4 - 3)
   - Quotation Change
   - Quick Quotation Sent
   - Quotation Sent
   - Optioned
   - Quotation Confirmed
   - Flight Confirmed
   - Underway
   - Completed

5. Select Flight Leg Types - only flight legs of these types will be displayed on the Flight Board (screenshot 2. 5)

6. By clicking on the “Compact View” more aircraft are visible on screen in the timeline (screenshot 2. 6)

7. It is also possible to change the appearance of the Flight Board by clicking Dark There/Light Theme (screenshot 2.6.1)

8. When scrolling you can choose between zooming in and out or scrolling up and down. This last option is set by default (screenshot 2. 7)

9. To apply the changes, click Save and then click Apply (screenshot 2. 8 / 2. 9)
