Servicing, Sched, Fix-Sched, Flex-Sched

Planned Maint

Maintenance Type - For Aircraft having servicing, routine maintenance or under Parking/Storage Conditions planned in advance.

Defects, Un-Sched

Unplanned Maint

Maintenance Type - For Aircraft having any defect rectification or any inspection/correction to an undesired event/condition (Bird Strike, Flap Overspeed, Hail Strike, Ground event...) out of routine and planned maintenance.

AOG

AOG Maint

Maintenance Type - For Aircraft with the highest priority of unplanned maintenance and airworthiness recovery.

Cleaning

Cleaning

Maintenance/OPS Type - For Aircraft requiring internal or external Cleaning.

MEL

MEL

Maintenance/OPS Type - Type to inform of existing Deferred Defects and OPS Limitations in one aircraft (not for a maintenance event) arising from dispatch procedures iaw MEL, CDL, AFM, SRM, or other.

No Crew

OPS Type - For Unavailable Aircraft due to no Crew availability.

Create a new Maintenance Event

  1. Navigate to

  1. Maintenance

  1. (screenshot 1) and click New

  2. Select the aircraft and fill out the required Information (screenshot 2)

  3. Enter 'XX' in the MX field, the system will auto-create the Mx Description based on the data you add later

  4. The KAM and Lead Captain will be auto-populated once the record is saved

  5. Click Save

Create a new Maintenance Event from the Aircraft Record

  1. Navigate to an Aircraft Record

  2. Navigate to Maintenance related list and click New Maintenance (screenshot 3)

  3. Fill out the required information

  4. Click Save

  1. Navigate to a Maintenance Event record from the Flight Board or an Aircraft record in the Related Tab

  1. Click Edit

  2. If the event has started, change its status to In Progress and enter the Actual Start Date (UTC) and Actual Start Time (UTC)

  3. If the event is finished, change its status to Released and enter the Actual End Date (UTC) and Actual End Time (UTC)

  4. Keep in mind that the actual dates and times can and must only be filled in when the status of the event is In Progress or Released:

Maintenance Event Statuses and Colours

The Maintenance Event Statuses are differentiated by colours.

  1. Once the record is created, the system will display the Event on the Flight Board

  2. These are the colours shown based on the Status:

    1.  Planned

    2.  In Progress

    3.  Ops

    4.  Released

    5. Cancelled Events will not be displayed on the Flight Board

  3. Hovering over the Event will display a tooltip with information about the event (screenshot 1)

  4. After entering the actual dates and times and changing the status to Released the Flight Board will represent the final information (screenshot 2)
