  1. Navigate to the flight leg or trip and click the Schedule Change button

  2. Start making the changes (all of the below can be done in the same schedule change request or in separate requests)

    1. To change the airport:

      1. Click the airport code under From (ETD) or To (ETA) (screenshot 1.1)

      2. Start typing the new ICAO, IATA or airport name

      3. Pick an airport from the drop down

    2. To change the dates:

      1. Click the date field under From (ETD) or To (ETA) (screenshot 1.2)

      2. Select a date from the calendar

    3. To change the times:

      1. Click the time field under From (ETD) or To (ETA) (screenshot 1.3)

      2. Type in the new departure or arrival time

      3. Alternatively, enter a takeoff change in hours and minutes in the T/O change field. Use a '-' sign to change the takeoff to an earlier time (screenshot 1-4)

  3. Select a reason for the change (screenshot 1.5)

  4. Select a type (screenshot 1.6)

  5. Click Request (screenshot 1.7)

  6. Wait to close the Schedule Change screen or browser tab until you see a confirmation that the schedule change was successful (screenshot 2) or sent for approval (screenshot 3)

  7. If the change was successful, review any crew warnings (screenshot 2.1)

  8. If required, you can access the Crew Scheduler Board from this screen (screenshot 2.2)

  1. Navigate to the Flight Leg

  2. Click the Special Load related list link or scroll down to the Special Load section (screenshot 1)

  3. Click New

  4. Complete all the required fields marked in red (screenshot 2)

  5. Click Save
