Reschedule a flight leg

  1. Navigate to the flight leg or trip and click the

Approve the schedule change of a flight leg

  1. If you are the approver of a flight leg, you will receive an e-mail (screenshot 4)

  2. From that e-mail, navigate to the flight leg (screenshot 4-1)

  3. Click the Schedule Change button

  4. Approve or reject the changes (screenshot 5)

    1. To approve:

      1. Click the Approve button

      2. Wait to close the Schedule Change screen or browser tab until you see a confirmation that the schedule change was successful

      3. If the change was successful, review any crew warnings (screenshot 5-1)

      4. If required, you can access the Crew Scheduler from this screen (screenshot 5-2)

    2. To reject:

      1. Click the Reject button (screenshot 5-3)

      2. Make sure that any changes have been reverted

    3. To review the flight leg:

      1. Click Close

      2. Review any required details on the flight leg record

      3. To go back to the Schedule Change to approve or reject the changes, click the Schedule Change button again

Create a new flight leg

  1. Navigate to a trip or flight leg and click the Schedule Change button

  2. Click the '+' sign next to the departure of a flight leg to create a flight leg before, or the '+' sign next to the arrival of a flight leg to create a flight leg after (screenshot 6-1)

  3. Enter any missing airport details (screenshot 6-2) and the flight time will be calculated automatically

  4. Click Save (screenshot 6-3)

  5. Wait to close the Schedule Change screen or browser tab until you see a success message (screenshot 7)

Split a flight leg

  1. Navigate to a trip or flight leg and click the Schedule Change button

  2. Click the arrow under the flight time of a flight leg (screenshot 8-1)

  3. Enter any missing airport details (screenshot 8-2) and the flight time will be calculated automatically

  4. Click Save (screenshot 8-3)

  5. Wait to close the Schedule Change screen or browser tab until you see a success message

Manage the warnings of a flight leg

  1. See the warnings of all flight legs of a trip:

    1. Navigate to the trip

    2. Scroll down to the Price Calculator and click the Flight Legs tab (screenshot 9-1)

    3. Review the warnings (screenshot 9-2)

  2. See and update the warnings of a flight leg:

    1. Navigate to the flight leg

    2. Find the Warnings field

    3. You can add or remove the WX (weather) warning; all other warnings are added automatically

Cancel a flight leg

  1. Navigate to a flight leg

  2. Click the Cancel button

  3. Select a cancellation reason from the drop down (screenshot 10-1)

  4. For Charter trips, to maintain the same trip pricing after cancelling the flight leg, tick the 'Maintain Pricing on Quote' box

  5. Click Cancel Flight Leg (screenshot 10-2)

  6. Wait to close the Cancel screen or browser tab until you see a success message.

Special Load Notifications

In some instances, it is necessary to provide a Special Load Notification in the Crew Brief. When this is the case, you can add information regarding special cargo in the flight leg record.

  1. Navigate to the Flight Leg

  2. Click the Special Load related list link or scroll down to the Special Load section (screenshot 1)

  3. Click New Special Load (screenshot 2)

  4. Chose between Dangerous Goods or Other Special Load as applicable (screenshot 3)

  5. Complete all the required fields marked in red 

  6. Click Save
