Navigate to an aircraft, open the Related tab and find the Aircraft Options related list (see screenshot Screenshot 1 above)
Click New Aircraft Option (screenshot 2Screenshot 1)
Choose the new option from the drop down (Screenshot 2)
Enter a Description or Quantity if required.
Click Save or Save & New
