  1. To access the Flight Board, click the Flight Board tab on NuvolOps

  2. See screenshot below to review the navigation controls (screenshot 1)

  3. The Master Search window is visible, but is disabled in the List View (screenshot 1.1)

  4. Settings will allow you to modify the template, display density, theme as well as apply filters (screenshot 1.2)

  5. The Date Selector allows you to display up to 15 days. Choose your start and end dates to select (screenshot 1.3)

  6. The Go To Today button allows you to return to the current date from any other date searches  (screenshot 1.4)

  7. To switch between the Timeline and List View, click the View Selector (screenshot 1.5)

  8. Refresh the page with the Manual Refresh Button (screenshot 1.6)

  9. Along the left side of the screen in the list view you will see icons reflecting Trip Stage, Leg Status and Leg Type. (screenshot 1.7) See Screenshot 2 for the legend of these icons (screenshot 2)

  10. Below the navigation controls, you can see the names of all the columns available for this view. In the columns of the List View you will see pills reflecting the statuses of Dispatch To-Dos, Crew, Dispatch Checks, Permits, Services and Pax (screenshot 1.8)

  11. Any information displayed in the List View is not editable, to update or amend any flight details, the flight panel should be used. To open the flight panel for a specific flight, click the flight panel button (screenshot 1.9) 

Refresh the Flight Board

  1. Use the Refresh button to refresh the Flight Board manually (screenshot 1.6)

  2. The Flight Board will auto-refresh every 5 minutes from the last refresh

  3. Auto Refresh will NOT occur during any of the below actions:

    1. Editing a Dispatch to-Do

    2. Editing any field in Leg information before saving

    3. While on the Dispatch Checks pop-up

    4. While on the Permits pop-up
