Filter Avinode requests
Navigate to the Avinode screen
At the top, select the stage of ARFQ you want to see (screenshot 1-1)
If required, select a broker sales desk (screenshot 1-2). By default, you will see ARFQ related to all broker sales desks
If required, select an operator (screenshot 1-3). By default, you will see ARFQ related to all operators
Type in the search box (screenshot 1-4) to search by ARFQ ID, Avinode Trip ID, broker company, departure or arrival airport, or aircraft
The table below (screenshot 1-5) will display all ARFQ that match the stage, broker sales desk, operator, and search filters
Click on an ARFQ ID (screenshot 1-6) to open the ARFQ
Accept a request
Open an unhandled ARFQ
Review the request information:
Broker information (screenshot 2-1)
Request message, if present (screenshot 2-2)
Requested aircraft (screenshot 2-3)
Review the itinerary (screenshot 2-4)
To modify the routing of a flight leg, double click on the airport code and start typing a new airport code (screenshot 2-5)
To modify the departure or arrival date and time of a flight leg, click on its date or time and modify it (screenshot 2-6)
To switch between pricing and not pricing demurrage and rotation blocks between two flight legs, click on the lock (screenshot 2-7)
To add a new flight leg, click the + sign on the right hand side (screenshot 2-8)
To remove a flight leg, click on the little cross on the right hand side (screenshot 2-9)
If there are any matching flights, click the warning to review (screenshot 2-10)
If required, add aircraft to the request (screenshot 2-11)
Click Accept (screenshot 2-12)
Use the drop downs at the top to change the charter quote basis (screenshot 3-1) and currency (screenshot 3-2) of the trip
Review the pricing and make any necessary edits (fields with a pencil icon can be edited; everything else will be calculated accordingly)
Click Next (screenshot 3-3)
If required, add a comment (screenshot 4-1)
Click Submit (screenshot 4-2)
Once you see a success message, click Done (screenshot 5-1)
Convert an accepted request into a Trip
Navigate to an Accepted ARFQ Avinode
Scroll down to the list of aircraft
Next to an accepted aircraft, click the Convert link (screenshot 6-1)
From the success message:
Click Back to go back to the request (screenshot 6-2)
Click Go to Quote to go to the quote (screenshot 6-3)
Click Done to go back to Avinode (screenshot 6-4)
Decline a request
Open an unhandled ARFQ
To decline the request for all aircraft:
Click the Decline All button on the top right (screenshot 7-1)
To decline a specific aircraft:
Click the aircraft on the aircraft table (screenshot 7-2)
Click the Decline button at the bottom (screenshot 7-3)
You will be asked to confirm that you want to decline the request; to do so, click Continue on the warning popup (screenshot 8-1)
