Flight Board navigation panel
To access the flight board, click the Flight Board tab on NuvolOps (screenshot 1)

The date selector allows you to display up to 15 days. Choose your start and end dates to select (screenshot 2.1).
The A/C Location button allows you to know where the Aircraft is, and if there is a mismatch between timeline events. Aircraft Location is calculated using the actual time and location whenever possible (screenshot 2. 2)
Flight Stacks are generated and placed on the Flight Board Timeline when two or more flights overlap. The stack will show the flights contained and their stages. Click to expand the Flight Stack to review the flights separately (screenshot 2. 3)
The Aircraft Filter allows you to select whether you want to see all aircraft, or only aircraft with activity in the selected time period (screenshot 2. 4)
Settings will allow you to modify the template (screenshot 2. 5)
Colour Coding (Charter Mode)
Each event is displayed in blocks and their colour define their operational status
GREEN - confirmed flight (Owner, Charter, Pref Charter). (screenshot 3. 1)
ORANGE - confirmed Positioning Flight (screenshot 3. 2)
BLUE - not confirmed flight (Optioned) (screenshot 3. 3)
ORANGE WITH STRIPES - Maintenance event planned (screenshot 3. 4)
RED WITH STRIPES - Maintenance event in progress (screenshot 3. 5)
GREEN WITH STRIPES - Maintenance event completed (screenshot 3. 6)
BLUE WITH STRIPES - the A/C is not available (due to Aircraft previously booked, unavailable crew, etc.) (screenshot 3. 7)
Refresh the Flight Board
Use the Refresh button to refresh the Flight Board manually (screenshot 4. 1)
The Flight Board will auto-refresh every 5 minutes from the last refresh
Auto Refresh will NOT occur during any of the below actions:
Editing a Dispatch to-Do
Editing any field in Leg information before saving
While on the Dispatch Checks pop-up
While on the Permits pop-up
Aircraft Location
The A/C Location button allows you to know where the Aircraft is, and if there is a mismatch between Timeline Events, including both Flights and Maintenance Events. (screenshot 5)
To display aircraft location, the minimum trip stage must be Optioned. If it is activated with invalid filters, these will change to Optioned, Quotation Confirmed, Flight Confirmed, Underway and Complete.
