Add Services from Flight Board

Create a Service

1. Navigate to the Flight Leg in the Flight Board and click on the extension sign next to the Services section which will bring you to Service Manager in NuvolOps. (screenshot 1)

2. Select the Service Type (i.e. FL Hotel) (screenshot 2)

3. Enter all the mandatory fields (Travel Type, Location with Arrival Date & Time and Departure Date and Time)

4. Click Save

The service will be added to the Service related list on the Flight Leg.

Add the Traveller

1. Click on the newly created Service (screenshot 3)

2. If the reservation is confirmed change the Purchase Stage to Confirmed (screenshot 4. 1)

3. Click on the Add Traveller button at the top of the page (screenshot 4. 2)

4. Select the traveller’s name and click on “Add Event” (screenshot 5)
