Service Price Estimates (SPE's) store the estimated price for a Service. When the Service is created that price is added to it, based on certain criteria.

Create Service Price Estimates by following this Task Procedure:

Step 1: Navigate to Service Price Estimates

  1. Click on the sign at the top of the page, followed by selecting Service Price Estimate

  2. Alternatively:

    1. Navigate to the relevant Aircraft, Airport, Operator or Trip Account

    2. At the top of the page click on the Service Price Estimate related list link

    3. A list of all Service Price Estimates for that record will be displayed

Step 2: Create the Service Price Estimate

  1. Click on the ‘New Service Price Estimate’ (SPE) button

  2. Select the Type of SPE you want to create

  3. Enter all the required information for the Service Price Estimate

  4. Select the Currency and also enter the Estimated Price

  5. The Estimated Price will be added to all Services for which the selected criteria are met

  6. You can also make the Service Prices Estimates apply based on passengers, kilometers and hours in the Unit section:

    1. Hours will add a calculated price to the Service when created. The amount will be the Estimated Price times the number of flight hours

    2. Kilometers allow specifying a range to which the estimated price will be applied. The flight's distance will determine if the price applies. If the highest number is selected it applies to any flight distance above that distance

    3. Pax multiplies the Estimated Price by the number of planned Passengers

  7. Click Save to complete or Save & New to create an additional Service Price Estimate
