An Aircraft Option is a facility or equipment found onboard the Aircraft available for a Charter Client's disposal. It may be advantageous to list these facilities or equipment items when sending a Quote to a prospective client.

Review the Options of an Aircraft
Navigate to an aircraft, open the Related tab and find the Aircraft Options related list (screenshot 1)
If present, click on Aircraft Options link to go to the list
To review or edit an option, click on its name

A list of currently existing Aircraft Options will be shown. Click “Go To List” to show a full list of Aircraft Options for that Aircraft (see screenshot 1).

Click New Aircraft Option (Screenshot 1)
Choose the new option from

the drop down (Screenshot 2)
Enter a Description or Quantity if required.
Click Save or Save & New

Step 2 - Check the Quote
Generate a Quote for the same Aircraft and check the section Equipment. Your new Aircraft Option will be displayed.
