An Aircraft Option is a facility or equipment found onboard the Aircraft available for a Charter Client's disposal. It may be advantageous to list these facilities or equipment items when sending a Quote to a prospective client.
Add Aircraft Options to an Aircraft and Quote by following this Task Procedure:
Step 1 - Add an Aircraft Option
Navigate to the Aircraft record and click on the Aircraft Options related list.
A list of currently existing Aircraft Options will be shown. Click “Go To List” to show a full list of Aircraft Options for that Aircraft (see screenshot 1).
Click New Aircraft Options.
Choose the new option from the A/C Options pick-list.
Enter a Description or Quantity if required.
Click Save or Save & New (if you would like to create additional Option) to complete the Aircraft Option.
Step 2 - Check the Quote
Generate a Quote for the same Aircraft and check the section Equipment. Your new Aircraft Option will be displayed.
