To have a competitive price in Private Aviation industry, FlightWare allows you to apply customised Aircraft Discounts based on Charter Quote Basis and Minimum Threshold Flight / Block Time. A simple customisation applying Aircraft Discount can be achieved by following this task procedure.

Create a Aircraft Discount Record

1. On the top bar, click + to see all Objects.

2. Select A/C Charter Discounts.

3. Click ¨New¨ button. In Lightning navigate to Apps > A/C Charter Discounts > New.

4. Populate the Aircraft Registration.

5. From the given pick-list, select Charter Quote Basis. Make sure to use the same Charter Quote Basis as per the Aircraft Management Company or Aircraft.

6. Add the Minimum Threshold value in hours. The added format must be HH:MM.

7. Add the number of percentage discount (i.e. 5). No addition signs are required.

8. Click Save.

Activate A/C Discount on the Aircraft Record

1. Go to the selected Aircraft.

2. Go to Aircraft Details section. 

3. Tick the fields accordingly:
   

   1. Aircraft Charter Discount. Only Charter legs will be taken into process to calculate whether discount should be applied if Minimum Threshold and Charter Quote Basis are met. Total time of the positioning Flight Leg is not valid for the discount application.

   2. Pos Included for Discount. If the checkbox is ticked, the Positioning Charter discount will take into account whether discount should be applied if Minimum Threshold and Charter Quote Basis are met.
