Lightning Quick Guide
How to Get Started
Login to the new Lightning URL with your credentials
Please remove other URLs you might have saved in your browser (e.g. Bookmarks) and start saving your bookmarks with the new Lightning URLs
You will find all your key object tabs along the top
In the App Launcher you can search for any of the other objects (screenshot 1)
Temporarily Switch Back to Classic
To switch back to Classic, you can click your profile icon at the top right corner of any page and click “Switch to Classic''
Then, please remember we are Lightning users now! So turn back to Lightning by clicking “Switch to Lightning Experience” at the top of the page
Find Useful Links
All Useful Links that were available in Classic can now be found on the bottom right corner of the page
Find Buttons in Records
As in Classic, buttons are available at the top of the record page. To access all the buttons, click the arrow.
Update Your Profile
To update your profile in settings in Lightning, click your profile icon at the top of any page
Create List Views
List Views are a useful way to organize information in NuvolOps. In Lightning, creating list views works differently than in Classic. If you need to create a new List View, you can find our step-by-step instructions with examples here.
Important Reminders
Internet Explorer is not supported in Salesforce Lightning. Please use Chrome to ensure the best experience.
