Flight Panel - Overview

Overview

By clicking on the Flight Leg, the Flight Panel will show on the right-end side divided into different sections: (screenshot 1)

  1. Trip information

  2. Dispatch ToDos

  3. Leg information

  4. Crew

  5. Dispatch Checks and Weather

  6. Permits

  7. Service

  8. PAX

Trip Information

When Ops mode is selected from the Settings, the Flight Leg on the Flight Board will display a grey rectangle until the Actuals are entered (screenshot 2)
Once the values are entered the Flight Leg will turn green (screenshot 2. 1)
The Flight Time can be extended or reduced (screenshot 2. 2)

 

Dispatch ToDos

Navigate to the Flight Board > Flight Panel and click on the “+” sign next to the Dispatch To-dos section (screenshot 3)

  1. Give the Dispatch To-Do a name.

  2. Set a Status.

  3. Select the Location.

  4. Add a Description if needed.

  5. Save

 

Leg information and Crew

All Leg Information can be added from the Flight Panel and the Crew button will redirect to the Crew Board to schedule the Crew (screenshot 4. 1 / 4. 2)

Once scheduled, the crew member alias will appear on the crew tab. The status can be changed by clicking on the “yellow” dot (screenshot 5. 1)

 

Dispatch Check and Weather

By clicking on the extension icon (screenshot 6. 1), the dispatches and weather window will pop-up (screenshot 7)

 

Permits

New permits can be created from the “Add New” (screenshot 8. 1) button or from the extension icon (screenshot 8. 2) (For Historial Permits, check the Permit Center section)

Services and PAX

The Flight Board allows us to customize how Services are grouped on the Flight Panel (screenshot 9). If you wish to customize this list, please contact us via Chatter as normal.

Hovering over “Manage Services” will highlight the extension icon, to access to the Service Manager in NuvolOps. For Service creation via Service Manager click here


When added from NuvolOps the passenger will be displayed in the PAX Section.
Hovering over “Manage PAX” will highlight the extension icon, and new PAX can be added (screenshot 10. 1)

The underlined PAX Name on the Flight Panel links to the Flight Leg Pax record in NuvolOps (10. 2)

Clicking on the PAX section (not the name) the information related to the passport will be displayed (10.3)
