Confirming Crew & Swapping Roles

The Flight Panel shows Crew that have been scheduled on a specific leg

  1. A Red circle indicates that the Crew have been scheduled but not confirmed. 

  2. A Yellow circle indicates that the Crew have been accepted the scheduling. 

  3. A Green circle indicates that the Crew is available for this Flight.

  4. If there are both a CP (PIC) and a CS (SIC) crew members are scheduled, NuvolOps allow an option to swap them (screenshot 1)

  • The CP now becomes the CS.

  • The CS now becomes the CP.

Once the crew member has acknowledged the schedule on the Calendar event the dot on the Flight Panel will become green (screenshot 2. 1 and 3)
