Enter Actual Take Off and Landing Times

  1. Navigate to the Flight Board

  2. Select the Flight Leg and the Flight Panel will be displayed on the right-hand side.

  3. Insert the relevant Actual times for both Takeoff and Landing (the times cannot be in the future). (screenshot 1)

Entering the Actual times will trigger the following actions:

  1. Auto-transmission of notification emails as per system configuration

  2. Calculation of Revised ETA

  3. Display of Revised ETA bar in the Flight Board

 

Changing Actual Takeoff or Landing Times

  1. Navigate to the Flight Leg in NuvolOps to the Flight Times section (screenshot 2)

  2. Tick the checkbox “Remove Actuals” and press the Save (screenshot 2. 1)

  3. If required, navigate back to the Flight Board and re-enter the Actual Takeoff and Landing Times
